We accept returns only if:

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your COD account.

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for products that:

  • Have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Are outside the return window (7 days from delivery).

5. Non-refundable Costs

Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
